Our solution is an easy to use workforce; wellness, space planning and scheduling platform that has contact tracing and employee safety at its’ core.

  • Facilitates quick and robust implementation by employers of public health directives, adjusting in real-time as that guidance changes from the public health authorities
  • Supports new ways of workforce management including streaming previously 9-5 office hours employees into shift structures, creation of resilience through Team 1/2/3 structuring, buddying for resilience in key skills/tasks/decisions etc
  • Supports dynamic decision-making based on knowing who is available for work, where they are safe to work from (from home or from employer locations), what the skill and functional capability of that workforce is, how to flexibly adjust team composition and workplace shift-scheduling to reflect the latest and projected workforce’ health status etc?
  • Where employees are working in-person at an employer location with colleagues, allows employers deliver maximum compliance with public health directives for employee and societal safety and optimise for key operational in-person contact within those directives
  • Ultra-Early (UE) warning detection (as close to ‘day zero’ as possible) based on key wellness parameters (IoT based e.g. SpO2 sensors) combined with data analytics and predictive machine learning.
  • Ease and speed for employees to notify employer of any change in COVID-health status (from asymptomatic to symptomatic) and for employers to react
  • Delivers new level of integration, speed and transparency between employers, public health authorities and national contact tracing teams based on alignment with national contact tracing apps, serological testing standards & classifications etc…
  • Self Assessment Questionnaire: The Opt-In Self-Assessment Questionnaire will be completed by each employee every workday, the answers to the questionnaire will determine whether the employees reports to work, it can also be adapted for visitors.
  • Staff Clock-in/Clock-out: Staff can also clock in and out of shifts in using a linked mobile device.
  • Contact Tracing: EvenKeel will use desk or office mapping data along with login/out data in the EvenKeel database to provide potential contact tracing support in the event of a positive symptom. When an employee self declares with symptoms, EvenKeel will cross reference the database and will provide HR/Admin with a list of all employees the symptomatic employee has potentially been in contact with.
  • FLIR Infra-Red Camera: As an elevated temperature is one of the first signs of infection, Net Feasa is proposing to install a FLIR Infra-Red camera at every entrance to the workplace to facilitate employee’s recording their temperatures and reporting anomalies.
  • Blood Oxygen Sensor: Another key symptom of the Covid virus is a drop in the person’s blood oxygen levels. E-health monitors such as wearables or smartphone devices makes it convenient for employees to upload their data to EvenKeelTM . Net Feasa has identified a low-cost device containing EKG and PPG sensors that connects to an Android or Apple smartphone via Bluetooth.
